Met with Dr. Lowe today at Pettygrove Medical Center in Portland. We feel good about the robotic surgery he will perform. It is scheduled for July 28th. We had to wait 8 weeks from the biopsy date for any inflammation to be gone.
Prayer is what we need. Pray that we can stay focused and not let our minds wander. Pray that the cancer is self-contained in the prostate. There is a 30 to 40% chance that it has moved outside of the prostate, but that's a 70% chance that it has not. Pray that the treatments that Dr. Smith is doing continue to work at God speed.
